Words from retreaters
*****
“Sjaan's retreat was the most magical trip I have ever been on. From the cosy sanctuary we called home to waking each morning to breathtaking mountain views, everything felt like a dream. The food, fresh from the farm, nourished both body and soul, while each yoga and creative workshop opened new doors for me. Every session was thoughtfully crafted and led, leaving me feeling more refreshed than I ever thought possible. I learnt so much not only about yoga, but also about channelling creativity and myself, surrounded by the most inspiring women. I'm already planning my return to one of Siaan's retreats next year!!”
“Also a big message that the retreat reminded me of is how held I am! To have everything I needed (and so much more!) provided for me and the most incredible group all sharing the space, facilitating for each other, and Sjaan you being an amazing guide and fellow human. I have made such strong foundations in my personal wellbeing practice which I have taken home with me”
